If things don't go to plan

We will always try to resolve your problem quickly through regular customer service. If you wish to make a formal complaint, please put this in writing to our Director. On receipt of your letter of complaint, the Director will acknowledge your letter within three working days. We will then carry out a proper investigation, and respond to you with a formal written outcome within 20 working days from the receipt of your written complaint.
